Data boundaries
Data Processing and Privacy
The site is local-first, but data flows vary by tool. Check whether a tool needs remote resources or third-party services before processing sensitive material.
Important boundaries
- Most text and file conversions run in browser memory, Canvas, WASM, or Web Workers.
- AI tools may download models, video downloads FFmpeg Core, and IP lookup calls third-party APIs.
- Favorites, JSON and SQL inputs, and regex patterns, flags and test text use localStorage. Image history uses IndexedDB.
Sensitive data
Sessions, JWTs, passwords, private keys, and files must not enter analytics events, URLs, or logs. Avoid retaining sensitive results on shared devices.
Third-party requests
IP lookup contacts third-party APIs or proxies, and port probes contact the target host. Models, runtimes, gallery images and remote images referenced by documents can also make external requests.
User controls
Use Clear for JSON and SQL, empty regex patterns and test text, and delete images in the history panel. To remove stored entries and caches completely, clear this site’s data in browser settings.
